Free Ongoing Step Accountability Group
Hey, (step) sister! I’m so proud of all the progress that everyone made who participated in the 10k Step Sisters Summer Step Challenge. The best part? Our journey isn’t over.
I’ve decided to keep the momentum going by turning the group into an ongoing accountability group where we can continue cheering each other on as we aim for 10,000+ steps every day. It’s called the10kStepSisters 2024 Accountability Group, and you’ll be able to continue to see my daily steps along with everyone else’s in the app!
If you participated in the Summer Step Challenge and still have the app, no further action is needed. If you open the app, you'll notice that the name of the group has changed and many of us are still in.
If you want to join the ongoing accountability group but didn't participate in the summer step challenge, follow the instructions in this video first to get the StepUp app and join. You'll go through the same process to download that I share in that video; the only difference is the group is no longer titled a "challenge," and you'll notice the title change (10kStepSisters 2024 Accountability Group) in the app once you download the app and then go to this link from your phone, which places you in the group after you've downloaded the app.
For extra motivation, my YouTube channel is always available, where I plan to share more walking-based videos and of course, more videos related to food, nutrition, and my personal weight loss journey. And a heads up! I plan to post a detailed review of my new walking pad (the foldable treadmill in the image in this post). I will post a detailed, thorough review of it next week on YouTube.
And if you need inspiration for creating a plan to get to 10,000 steps each day, my step guide could be helpful if you haven't downloaded it already. It includes my daily walking routine, strategies to break up your steps, and step ranges for different activities broken into intervals.
Let’s keep crushing those step goals together!
